Referendum announced

Following the wish of the Citizens' Forum (the Republic's temporary Parliament), Provisional Head of State Van Horenbeeck has called for a referendum on the new constitution. The referendum is to be held between December 15th and December 19th. Most likely, the new Constitution will be approved by a wide margin. If so, the Second Republic's first elections (both parliamentary and presidential) will be held between January 9th and January 13th (with an hypothetical second round of the presidential race to be held between January 26th and January 31st.
